Embark on a Spectacular Adventure: May 18 – 22, 2024

Day 1: Arrival and Anticipation

• Saturday, May 18, 2024: Your journey begins as you land at the Salt Lake City Airport by 3:00 p.m. From there, set off towards the breathtaking landscapes of Yellowstone National Park. Check into our group accommodation near the park, the first step in an adventure you’ll never forget.

Day 2: Majestic Peaks and Serene Trails

• Sunday, May 19, 2024: After a nourishing breakfast, we drive to the Mammoth Hot Springs area to start our day with the Beaver Ponds Trail. This 5.5-mile, 2.5-hour easy hike showcases Yellowstone’s unique thermal features. Later, we tackle Bunsen Peak with a 4.4-mile, 2.5-hour moderate hike, offering unparalleled views. We’ll return to our accommodation in the afternoon, leaving the evening free for socializing and restocking supplies.

Day 3: Geysers and Falls

• Monday, May 20, 2024: Post-breakfast, we journey to the Geyser Basin to embark on the Mystic Falls and Geyser Basin Loop. This 8.5-mile hike, lasting over 4 hours, explores the park’s oldest thermal areas and its most iconic geysers. The afternoon’s plans will be flexible, with an option to visit the legendary Old Faithful. We return to our lodging in the evening to relax and share stories.

Day 4: Challenging Trails and Stunning Vistas

• Tuesday, May 21, 2024: Following breakfast, we drive towards West Yellowstone for the day’s highlight: the Seven Mile Hole Trail. This 9.7-mile, 5-hour hike is a challenge but rewards with breathtaking views of cascades. Later, we enjoy a more leisurely hike to Point Sublime via Artist Point, depending on time and conditions.

Day 5: Farewell to Yellowstone

• Wednesday, May 22, 2024: After a final breakfast, we check out of our accommodation and drive back to the Salt Lake City airport. With flights booked for after 1:00 p.m, there’s ample time to reflect on the unforgettable experiences shared and the natural wonders discovered.
