Trip Overview

The Ocala Challenge is a 7-day hike through Florida’s stunning Ocala National Forest. The journey will take you through scenic trails, offering a mix of wilderness exploration and wildlife viewing. Hike 8-12 miles a day with a small group led by expert guides, ensuring personalized attention and a fun, safe experience.

Itinerary Overview

Day 1: Arrival at Ocala National Forest campground. Orientation, setup, and welcome dinner.
Days 2-6: Daily hikes covering 8-12 miles per day, with opportunities to explore lakes, springs, and scenic viewpoints. Each night, return to the campsite for group meals and storytelling around the campfire.
Day 7: Morning hike followed by departure.
