• Acknowledge and accept the risks associated with outdoor activities, including but not limited to hiking, trekking, and camping.

5. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels. By booking a tour or service with us, you agree to pay the total amount specified at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund minus $500 trip deposit fee.
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participation. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

7. Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority. You agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your participation in our events. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit to participate safely in our activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Connect and Hike and its affiliates, employees, and guides shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in our services. By using our services, you agree to assume all risks associated with outdoor activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Connect and Hike or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.
